Hosting

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States — vercel.com.
The database is hosted by Neon Inc. (data stored in the AWS eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt, Germany) — neon.tech.

Personal data & privacy

When you sign in with GitHub or Google, we store the name, e-mail address and avatar provided by the OAuth provider, strictly to operate your account. When you save a schema or generate data, we store the submitted schema definition (DDL / $jsonSchema), the size and format of each generation, and the API keys you create (hashed — the key itself is never stored).

This data is used for no other purpose: no advertising, no tracking, no resale. The only cookies set are the strictly necessary authentication cookies (session and CSRF protection) required to keep you signed in — which is why no cookie consent banner is needed. Fonts are self-hosted: no request is sent to any third-party CDN. Data is retained while your account exists.

Legal bases (GDPR art. 6): the processing of your account data is necessary to provide the service you request (performance of a contract); the recording of generation jobs for quota enforcement and abuse prevention rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.

Data transfers: the application is operated by Vercel Inc. (United States), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; application data is stored with Neon Inc. in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt).

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data (including full account deletion) by writing to synthdataflow@naoy.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Reminder: submitted schemas describe database structure. Do not paste schemas containing real personal data — the service is designed precisely so that you never have to.

Intellectual property

The SynthData-Flow name, logo and interface are the property of the publisher. You retain all rights to the schemas you submit; generated synthetic data is yours to use freely.
